Agreement to Our Terms
By booking or using our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below.
Lesson Payment
All driving lessons must be paid for in advance. Payment is required before the lesson takes place.
Cancellations and Notice Period
If you need to cancel a lesson, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being charged in full.
Use of Vehicle for Driving Tests
The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the use of their vehicle for a driving test. Where possible, at least one week’s notice will be provided, except in cases where the instructor is approached at short notice (less than one week).
Vehicle Availability
In the event of a mechanical issue or breakdown, the instructor will not be held responsible for cancelling a lesson. However, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.

 We operate an equal opportunities policy and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, colour, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Block Booking Validity
Block bookings must be used within one year of the original payment date. Any unused lessons after this period may be forfeited.
